I feel so sedated. Not the usual kind like, "blah I'm tired", but more like all the time. I have no drive to do anything, and I really REALLY like my comfy assgroove. Even things I could do, that I enjoy doing, I just don't want to do.
It's probably SAD. Excercise and sun. NEED it.
So onto today.
I had appointments this morning, so I missed breakfast (Okay, I had coffee)
Had a egg, spinach, roasted red pepper, and goat cheese frittata with my Muddah this morning. IT was delicious. I had rye bread with it, and it came with a smoothie shooter... YUM.
Haven't wiifit yet. Getting the energy to do that.. is coming...?
*sigh*
Okay, so an update on yesterday. I didn't wiifit...
BUT
I went for a jog! :o
Yeah, thats right. I ran. I RAN.
