Day Six. - Re-kindling the Romance.

I went for a jog last night.

For most people, this wouldn't be an "Oooh Aahhh" type spectacular event. For me? Its colossal!

I have Asthma. I am a smoker. I know the two are foolish to do together, but that's me. I have been a smoker since I was 14. (Sorry M+D if you're just learning this, but I'm sure you both knew)
As a kid it was so chronic, I wasn't able to run. I did PE class, but never really participated. I stuck to things like dance. Things that were movement-y, flow-y, but didn't require me to have full cardiovascular involvement.

Anyways back to my jog? I LOVED IT. It was short, and sweet, but done correctly, and with the puppy helping me keep pace.

Oh, and a figured out why I packed on 5 lbs. Gotta love moon cycles.

So today, my goal is to take the dog for two, yes count'em two jaunts around the block. Once this morning sometime, and once this evening.

Breakfast (9am)
Oatmeal Crisp with Yogurt instead of milk.

Snack (12am)
Soy yogurt and banana

Lunch
Peperoni (Shoosh, I was on the run)

Dinner (545)
I'm making pizzas on spinach Naan bread.
Mine has spicy calabrese salami, goat feta, mushroom, tomato


Today I bought rainbow chard, I just gotta figure out how to cook it, and fresh beets.
I'll make something colourful and exciting tomorrow I guess!!

Wheee!

Todays physical activity was me going for a jog again. Theres nothing quite like a brisk jog at 11pm. It was gorgeous out. Slightly foggy, not too cold, and no one around to watch my flail!

Tomorrow I will wiifit again.
