Day Two

Aren't I supposed to get a free day?

....Kidding....

(sorta)

So, my abs still hurt. Its like someone smacked me with a big huge rubber band. This is day twoooooo, how can this be good for me!
(okay speaking Whineese again, I know the answer to that)
I ignored that fact when I got up this morning. I whined yesterday about it. Today? Oh My GOOOOOODDDDD, my thighs hurt. I feel like something/someone charliehorsed me or something. Waaaah waaaah waaaahhhhhhhh self pity.

So onto important things.

Breakfast (930)

1/2 cup oatmeal crisp
1/3 cut of milk
(forgot the banana)

Snack (1045)

Handful of peanuts
5 real fruit fruit snacks.

Lunch (2pm)
two eggs
my guacamole
(avacado, onion, tomato, jalapeno, and lemon juice)

Dinner (6pm)
Garlic Cod
Red Rice
Spinach salad with egg and tomato and olive oil vinagrette.

No wii fit today. I ache, so bad. I am burned out, and slept through the hockey game tonight from like 730-945. :(

I will follow through tomorrow morning with 45 mins of wiifit 15 cardio, 30 strenth/yoga. and maybe 15 of games for fun at the end!!!
