Thats how I feel today. My abs? Yeah, still hurt. Which leads me to believe that I really DO need to do this more. Day two/three every time I work out are the worst.
Today I totally pussed out. Its 8pm, and I still haven't stepped foot on the wii... almost scared to really. I could blame me just getting over a chest cold, but I won't. I'm just worn out!
I am going to make the attempt, and do some yoga only tonight... go nice and easy for relaxation.

So dinner tonight, was my twist on something craptastic!
We had Kraft Dinner (yeah, lazy day) with chorizo sausages.
I had 1/3 a bowl of KD, 1 cup of spinach, and 1 chorizo sausage.
(not too bad considering I technically ate a bowl of processed crap)
Will update as to if I hop back on the horse or not. Please to heckle if I don't.
