Day One.

I woke up this morning with so much contempt for exercise

Yesterday, my wii fit attempt was more of an ego boost. You know, like "So, its only been 85 days, I'm sure I'm capable of getting right back on." "It's not going to be hard" and other delusions like "This is going to be awesome!"

Well, when I tried to get out of bed, and I couldn't this morning, I laid there thinking, no... Speaking Whineese, "Whyyyyyyyyyy did I do 20 planks???" Whyyyyyyyyyy did I up my reps on the pelvic twists?" "Oh my goddddddddddddd it hurts soooooooooooooooo bad"

Yeah, sitting up was fun. Rolling over to get out of bed was even worse. WHO SAYS WE NEED ABS!?

Right. Keep my eye on the prize. Beaches, night clubs, confidence, fun, wheee!!

Okay. I'm not that shallow. I care about my health, my weight, my activity level (As I write this from my comfy, well broken in, leather couch) BUT beaches, and night clubs, and more activity, and tennis, and yoga, and and and and....

So... I got out of bed and the day begins!


Breakfast (10 am)

Limiting myself to two coffees today (usually its much more, but I say two cuz I'm .5 into my first coffee, and its cold, and I'm about to refill it.)
1/2 a cup of oatmeal raisin crisp.
1/3 a cup of 2% milk
1/2 a banana

Snack (1130)

1/2 banana
half a handful of peanuts

Lunch (1240)

100 g of Vanilla naturally sweetened yogurt
1/2 handful of sunflower seeds
1 hardboiled freerange brown egg.

Snack (330)
Tuna and curry sandwich.

Wii Fit (4pm)

My BMI is the same, and my weight is up 1.1lbs.

I have a feeling that when I tested yesterday, I was wearing a sweatshirt, and I said I was wearing heavy clothes, so it deducted 4.0 lbs. Had I said light, I would have been almsot equal to, or less today, ah well. Learning lesson.

I did wii fit for 45 mins today. I focused on strength training today. I hurt so bad from yesterday in my abs, that I did the ones that focus on legs, and did some areobics, and some balance games for fun!! (and more leg work)

Dinner

tonight is vegetarian taco salad.

For this, I use:

Mexican Ground "Feef" (its veggie ground and spicy)
spinach
onions
avacado (for healthy fat)
mushrooms
peppers
I throw in some ground flax seed.
and papadums (for crunch, one papadum will do two bowls when they're broken up and crumbed, it helps my need for bad starch out by not overdoing it.)


On a level of 1-10, I would rate this day as:

a 5. I didn't do as much on wiifit as I wanted to due to overdoing it yesterday, but I got back on the horse and did it anyways!!
